Establishment of HQCC China Pediatric Massage Standardization and Certification Committee Shaanxi Branch and Successful Holding of Shaanxi Provincial International Medical Exchange Promotion Association Pediatric Massage Special Committee 2023 Academic Exchange Conference

In response to the national strategy of "Healthy China 2030" and to comprehensively improve children's health services and promote the healthy and orderly development of pediatric Massage (Chinese pediatric massage) industry in Shaanxi, benefiting more children and families, the "HQCC China Pediatric Massage Standardization and Certification Committee Shaanxi Branch Establishment Conference and Shaanxi Provincial International Medical Exchange Promotion Association Pediatric Massage Special Committee 2023 Academic Exchange Conference on 'Pediatric Massage Treatment for Developmental Behavioral Disorders in Children'" was grandly held at Xi'an Children's Hospital on November 18, 2023, organized by the HQCC China Pediatric Massage Standardization and Certification Committee, Shaanxi Provincial International Medical Exchange Promotion Association, and Pediatric Massage Special Committee, with Xi'an Children's Hospital as the host.

The conference received strong support and recognition from leaders, industry experts, and practitioners of pediatric Massage. More than 100 people attended the conference, including Professor Wang, Yanguo, Chairman of HQCC China Pediatric Massage Standardization and Certification Committee; Wang, Ning, Vice President and Secretary-General of Shaanxi Provincial International Medical Exchange Promotion Association; Wang, Lixin, Director of the Pediatric Massage Research Institute of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Third Hospital; Professor Yu, Tianyuan from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Professor Liao, Pindong from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Dr. Hu, Yan, Chief Pediatrician of Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Wang, Jianhong, Principal of Shanxi Hedong Traditional Chinese Medicine School of Pediatric Massage; Mi, Xin, Vice Chairman of the Inheritance and Development Community of Pediatric Massage of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Associate Professor Li, Xue from Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Massage College; Song, Fei, inheritor of the Sanzi Jing School of Pediatric Massage in Shandong; Jiang, Shichao, the second-generation academic successor of the Haipai Pediatric Massage; Zhang, Chunxian, member of the Central Committee of the China National Agricultural Workers' Democratic Party, member of the Lianhu District Political Consultative Conference, and Chairman of Huixin, Yatai Group; Wang, Hongyan, Vice Chairman of Lianhu District Federation of Industry and Commerce, deputy to the Lianhu District People's Congress, and President of Huixin Yatai Group. The conference was chaired by Cui Xuemei, President of Xi'an Children's Hospital.

Establishment Conference

During the establishment conference, Professor Hu, Yan from Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine announced the list of proposed chairman, vice-chairmen, secretary-general, and members of the HQCC China Pediatric Massage Standardization and Certification Committee Shaanxi Branch.

Through open elections, one chairman, eight vice-chairmen, one secretary-general, and thirty-four members were elected. Cui, Xuemei, President of Xi'an Children's Hospital, was elected as the chairman of the HQCC China Pediatric Massage Standardization and Certification Committee Shaanxi Branch.

Associate Professor Li, Xue from Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Massage College read the "Charter of the HQCC China Pediatric Massage Standardization and Certification Committee Shaanxi Branch."

President Cui, Xuemei detailed the work plan of the Shaanxi Branch. She stated: The establishment of the HQCC China Pediatric Massage Standardization Committee Shaanxi Branch marks that the certification work of pediatric Massage in our province has entered a stage of steady promotion with the province (direct-controlled municipality) as the center. In the future, we will strive to build a professional and technically strong team of pediatric Massage certification experts in Shaanxi, rapidly improve the level of pediatric Massage services across the province, lead the standardized development of the pediatric Massage industry in the northwest, and truly escort the health and growth of children.

Academic Conference

After the establishment conference, the Shaanxi Provincial International Medical Exchange Promotion Association Pediatric Massage Special Committee 2023 Academic Exchange Conference on "Pediatric Massage Treatment for Developmental Behavioral Disorders in Children" commenced.    Key Speaker: Director Mi, Xin, Deputy Chief Physician at Yueyang Hospital, Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Vice Chairman of the Pediatric Massage Heritage and Development Consortium of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

3. Topic: "Research on the Fever Reduction Mechanism of Pediatric Massage"

   Key Speaker: Professor Yu, Tianyuan, Head of the Key Discipline of Massage at the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

4. Topic: "Standardization and Development of Traditional Chinese Pediatric Massage from the Perspective of International CARF Rehabilitation Certification"

   Key Speaker: Teacher Song, Fei, Inheritor of the Sanzi Jing School of Pediatric Massage in Shandong, and Academic Successor of Professor Zhao Jianqiu, a leading figure in pediatric Massage.
