Function:

1. Actively expanding foreign medical resources, and providing lasting communication channels for domestic medical and health institutions and public health service units to learn advanced international management experience and strengthen talent team training. Providing service for medical and health institutions in the province to select and send managers, academic leaders, medical staff, etc. to study abroad;

2. Innovating the communication method of "walk out and invite in", invite well-known foreign medical experts to conduct academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation;

3. Implementing  Medicine Development Plan for Traditional Chinese Medicine (2016-2020), and actively conducting international cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine, strengthening traditional Chinese medicine health care, education, scientific research, industrial cooperation and cultural exchanges. And promoting international exchange of traditional Chinese medicine culture, as well as development of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation.

4. Regularly hosting international medical exchange forums to provide mutual communication channels;
