Support and coordinate our establishment of the One Belt, One Road Central Asia Medical and Pediatric Alliance; promote medical science and cooperation between China and Israel, and actively participate in and support our compilation of the book "International Research on Kawasaki Disease." Promote our clinical research on Kawasaki disease and win the second prize of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress for 2019.

 

 

Since 2017, he has been invited to Shaanxi four times to conduct academic discussions, case analyses, outpatient and inpatient ward rounds, and collaborate on the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and complicated cases. He has been invited multiple times to teach new medical knowledge at medical forums held in Shaanxi Province, promoting bilateral medical science cooperation with Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital and Shenmu City Hospital. This collaboration and exchange between China and Israel have improved medical quality and diagnostic and treatment levels.

 

On November 21, 2018, at the invitation of Israeli Professor Eli Soekh and Chairman of the Global Pediatric and Child Care Consensus Conference, Katz , a 12-member delegation from the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association's "China-Israel International Medical Exchange Delegation" visited Israel, including Tel Aviv and Beersheba Health Bureau. They spent a week in friendly exchanges at the Western District Community Health Center and Family Medical Rehabilitation Center. The delegation was introduced to Israel's medical insurance, planned immunization, maternal and child health care, disease rehabilitation, primary health care implementation, and the functional distinctions, rights, and obligations of public and private hospitals in Israel. They also gained insights into the construction of the medical, rehabilitation, and vaccination systems and the treatment of grassroots doctors. The delegation visited the Neonatology Department at Mayanei HaYeshua Medical Center in Tel Aviv, the Adolescent Psychiatry Department, and Israel's largest public-private joint hospital - Saba Children's Medical Center, which includes outpatient departments, outpatient surgery rooms, comprehensive pediatric wards, newborn wards, ICU wards, and the National Medical Training Center. The delegation had in-depth exchanges with Professor Soekh and Chairman Katz on academic organization construction, hospital development, and new concepts and progress in pediatric medicine. Both parties signed the "China-Israel Children's Medical Development Cooperation Agreement," indicating that the medical exchanges between China's Shaanxi Province and Israel's Tel Aviv will continue to develop and improve along the direction of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative.

Assisted and coordinated our hosting of the 5th Global Pediatric Consensus Conference in China for the first time in 2016. The Global Pediatric and Child Care Consensus Conference is an innovative international academic debate conference aimed at promoting and seeking the best global child health care through the establishment of an academic debate platform, and fostering consensus and agreements on children's health diseases, difficulties, and controversies. The conference lasted three days, and renowned domestic and international pediatric experts and professors presented a rich academic feast through cutting-edge academic lectures and brilliant debates for the participants. Shaanxi Province successfully hosted the conference, which had a significant impact both internationally and domestically, advancing the development of Shaanxi's medical career to a new level and creating a new landscape for international medical exchanges in Shaanxi.

 

 

Actively supported and participated in China's epidemic prevention and control work, and attended numerous online international epidemic prevention and medical conferences organized by us. On April 16, 2020, the "International COVID-19 Experience Exchange and Kawasaki Disease Telemedicine Conference" was successfully held in Xi'an, co-organized by Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital, SXIMEA, Xi'an Association for Science and Technology, and Shaanxi Provincial Pediatric Internal Medicine Specialty Alliance. Professor Eli Soekh (Sam Koylei) was invited to attend this video exchange event.

 

On May 16, 2020, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Hospital Cooperation Alliance's Epidemic Prevention International Remote Seminar was successfully held, with experts from 21 countries, including China, Israel, Australia, Pakistan, South Korea, the United States, and Italy, discussing epidemic prevention and control strategies through online exchanges. Professor Eli Soekh highly praised China's epidemic prevention experience at the conference.

 

On June 13, 2021, Fuyong Jiao, Vice President of the Provincial Medical Promotion Association and Chief Physician of the Provincial People's Hospital Children's Hospital, was invited for the second time as the only speaker from China to participate in the Ashgabat International Science and Technology Innovation Online Conference hosted by the Turkmenistan National Academy of Sciences. As the first speaker, he gave a report titled "Children's COVID-19 and Kawasaki Disease," which was praised by international peers! Professor Eli Soekh highly appreciated Director Jiao Fuyong's report.

 

On October 19, 2020, the International Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition (ISPGHAN) held an online international seminar on COVID-19 prevention and control. At the invitation of Professor Eli Soekh, Fuyong Jiao, Vice President of the Provincial Medical Promotion Association and Honorary President of the Children's Hospital of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital, gave a conference report titled "The Role of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention of COVID-19." SXIMEA shared China's epidemic prevention experience with experts from various countries.

 

Actively responding to China's Belt and Road Initiative, promoting China's system and advanced practices to Central Asian countries along the Belt and Road. Professor Eli Soekh and Chairman of the Israeli Pediatric Global Consensus, Katz , are committed to promoting good cooperation between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in Israel and the Belt and Road countries. They share TCM treatment experiences and techniques through platforms such as the European Center for Chinese Medicine, providing information on TCM professional medical services, healthcare systems, education, and professional levels. They promote TCM methods, Chinese history, culture, and clinical medicine while supporting the sharing of Western and Chinese medicine. They also promote TCM, universities, and important figures in the scientific community, enabling as many people as possible to learn about the use of TCM methods, training, and herbal medicine. They build international platforms for the exchange and sharing of TCM information, knowledge, and education, publishing books, interviews, magazines, and videos to promote TCM.

 

Actively supporting and participating in the compilation of our international anti-epidemic research monograph; assisting our collaboration with the Israeli Ministry of Science, Technology, and Health, and coordinating communication with the Israeli National Academy of Sciences to promote high-level medical exchanges between China and Israel.
