陕西省卫生健康监督中心为省卫生健康委下属事业单位，成立于2001年9月25日，原名陕西省卫生监督所，2016年9月经省编办批准更名为陕西省卫生和计划生育监督中心，2019年8月经省编办批准更名为陕西省卫生健康监督中心。
省卫生健康监督中心主要职责为：1.协助拟定和实施全省卫生健康综合监督工作规划和年度计划，协助拟定省级卫生健康综合监督执法工作制度、技术性规范，配合指导市县卫生健康执法监督工作。2.协助全省医疗卫生行业综合监管体系建设，配合查处医疗服务市场违法行为。3.协助承担食品安全的企业标准备案、地方标准制修订和食品安全国家标准、地方标准跟踪评价及解读宣传。4.承担省卫健委社会信用体系建设相关工作，承担卫生健康执法监督信息化建设工作。5.承办省卫健委交办的其他事务性工作。
