Li, Yuyi stated that since its establishment, the Shaanxi Research Hospital Association has gathered experts and practitioners from the medical, healthcare, and health education sectors within the province. It has continuously exerted effort in enriching the integration of professional medical resources within the province, promoting the integrated development of government, industry, academia, research, and application, and constructing an international cooperation platform for health and healthcare services. It has explored the best paths for medical science and technology innovation in the province, served the high-quality development of regional medical services and hospital management, and provided strong practice for the provincial association to promote the development of Shaanxi's medical industry in collaboration with enterprises. Zhou, Xianzhi pointed out that exploring and building research hospitals is an important way to promote the integrated development of clinical work and scientific research, and to accelerate the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements. It is necessary to further strengthen the construction of research hospitals, build a composite talent team, promote comprehensive innovation in hospital development models, and advance the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.

Biju Samkutty and Yin Qiang introduced the cooperation between Mayo Clinic International and Xi'an International Medical in medical research, clinical practice, technological innovation, diagnostic and treatment services, and hospital management.

The first International Medical Summit Forum, hosted by the Shaanxi Research Hospital Association and organized by Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital, was themed "Convergence, Synchronization, Innovation." It invited management and medical experts from Mayo Clinic International, the world's largest comprehensive non-profit medical practice organization, along with experts from well-known domestic medical institutions such as Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, Renji Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xijing Hospital, Tangdu Hospital, and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University. The forum focused on discipline construction, scientific research innovation, application transformation, iterative upgrading, industry trends, and future development, facilitating exchange and sharing on related hot topics. More than 500 medical practitioners from across the country participated in the forum.
