The Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan presided over the meeting and delivered an opening speech, underscoring the importance of international cooperation in advancing health and medical science. This convergence of medical professionals from around the world in Ashgabat provided an invaluable platform for sharing insights, exploring new healthcare innovations, and fostering partnerships that aim to improve global health outcomes.

At the cardiovascular center's session, Professors Jiao, Fuyong, Zhan, Shuqin, and Zhuo, Ying from the Shaanxi delegation delivered keynote reports on "Diagnosis and Current Status of Kawasaki Disease," "Preparation of Strongylodon Macrobotrys A (1-8) Nanocarrier Particles and Their Therapeutic Effects in Focal Cerebral Ischemic Injury," and "The Application of Acupuncture in Pain," respectively. Furthermore, Professor Zhuo Ying invited nurses from the cardiovascular center to experience acupuncture therapy firsthand. The presentations led to lively discussions with representatives from various countries, expressing a collective desire to further enhance medical technology, health concepts, and cultural exchange and cooperation among nations. During the conference, the experts also visited the "Health 2023" medical equipment exhibition, hosted by the Turkmenistan Ministry of Trade and Industry Exhibition Center, featuring local enterprises from Turkmenistan, Central Asian countries, and other international businesses, including three from China. The visit facilitated exchanges on medical industry and technology globalization, aiming to leverage the "Central Asia Summit" to actively promote the Shaanxi medical industry on an international scale. This initiative supports the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road" initiative, contributing to the creation of a "Health Silk Road" with Shaanxi's strength.

Local official media also interviewed Professor Zhuo, Ying regarding the international medical exchanges.

Under the theme "Those with common aspirations are undeterred by geographical distances," this year's China-Central Asia Summit showcased the ancient city of Xi'an as a new emblem to the world. As the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, Xi'an shines brightly on the global stage. The Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association continues to uphold the principles of "truth, pragmatism, harmony, and innovation," leveraging its advantages in international medical exchange promotion, resource integration, project transformation, and industry upgrading. This multi-level, multi-dimensional approach aims to unleash the vitality and potential of the health industry, fostering rapid development in the medical and pharmaceutical fields between China and Central Asian countries, and contributing to the high-quality development of Shaanxi's health and wellness initiatives.
