From October 12th to 14th, 2023, a delegation from the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association, led by its President Chen, Zhao, visited Uzbekistan for an exchange program. The visit was at the invitation of the National Emergency Medical Center under the Uzbekistan Ministry of Health. This delegation included notable figures such as Jiao, Fuyong, a European Academy of Natural Sciences academician and Vice President of the Association; Professor Zhan, Shuqin, Deputy Director of the Department of Neurology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University; Professor Li ,Xiaofeng, Director of the Department of Endocrinology at Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital; Professor Zhuo, Ying, Director of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture at Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital; and Hou, Xi, Director of the Academic Department of the Shaanxi Provincial International Exchange Promotion Association.
