Congratulations | Professor Fuyong Jiao Appointed Vice President of the World Artificial Consciousness Association

Professor Fuyong Jiao, Honorary President of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association, was recently appointed as Vice President of the World Artificial Consciousness Association and Chair of the Proactive Medicine Committee. On January 11, 2025, Professor Jiao presided over the online inaugural meeting of the Proactive Medicine Committee, themed “Bidirectional Synergy of Information and Energy in Proactive Medicine: Foundational Concepts and Charter Design of the Committee.”

The meeting attracted experts and medical professionals from countries including Russia, Tajikistan, Egypt, Uzbekistan, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Ghana, and institutions such as the European Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine. Participants gathered to discuss the future development of proactive medicine and its integration with basic and clinical medicine, as well as traditional Chinese medicine.

The successful launch of this first online meeting laid a solid foundation for deeper international cooperation and theoretical research in the field of proactive medicine. The diverse participation of global experts highlights the growing international attention to this emerging discipline and provides strong momentum for advancing the practical application of information and energy field theories in medicine.
