2025 Radial Artery Access Neurointerventional Symposium of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association Successfully Held in Xi’an

On December 26, 2025, the 2025 Radial Artery Access Neurointerventional Symposium of the Neurointerventional Professional Committee of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association was successfully held at the Xi’an Third Hospital. The symposium was hosted by the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association and jointly organized by Xi’an Third Hospital and the Neurointerventional Professional Committee of the Association.

The symposium brought together well-known experts and key clinical professionals in the field of neurointervention from within and outside the province. In-depth exchanges and discussions were conducted around hot topics such as innovative applications of radial artery access techniques, advances in interventional devices, clinical case practice, and multicenter research, injecting new momentum into the standardized and precision-oriented development of neurointerventional diagnosis and treatment technologies.

As a minimally invasive technique in the field of neurointervention, radial artery access offers advantages including minimal trauma, faster patient recovery, and fewer complications, and represents an important direction for disciplinary development. This symposium not only promoted experience sharing and the wider application of radial artery access neurointerventional techniques, but also reaffirmed the continued academic leadership role of the Neurointerventional Professional Committee of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association. Going forward, the Committee will actively promote new technologies and concepts in the neurointerventional field, strengthen regional collaboration and multicenter research, continuously enhance the diagnosis and treatment capacity for cerebrovascular diseases, and provide higher-quality medical services for patients with cerebrovascular diseases across the region.
