To study and implement the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to construct a Chinese-style modernized healthcare service system; to accelerate the building of Healthy China, and promote the high-quality development of medical services, the "Healthy China" Public Welfare Exchange Project on High-Quality Development of Hospital Management, fully supported by the Beijing Huatong Guokang Public Welfare Foundation, was successfully held on June 3rd-4th, 2023. More than 100 hospital leaders from Shaanxi, Guizhou, Shandong, and Ningxia provinces attended the event. The Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association was specifically responsible for organizing over 20 hospital leaders from our province to participate in this public welfare exchange project.

On June 3rd, the "Healthy China" Public Welfare Exchange Project on High-Quality Development of Hospital Management was inaugurated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Liang, Tingbo, the Party Secretary of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and Chen, Ran, the Chairman of the Beijing Huatong Guokang Public Welfare Foundation, delivered opening remarks. The opening ceremony was presided over by Gu, Guoyu, the Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.

The "Healthy China" Public Welfare Exchange Project aims to benchmark top-tier domestic hospitals, fully leverage the responsibilities and commitments of large-scale hospitals, help improve the management level of regional medical institutions, promote the intrinsic development of medical institutions, and achieve the goal of providing higher-quality medical services to local residents as outlined in the Healthy China initiative.

On the morning of June 4th, a special lecture, experience sharing, and on-site visits were conducted at the Chaohui Campus of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital. Hong Chaoyang, the Party Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, delivered a speech and introduced the hospital's situation. The meeting was chaired by He, Xiaobo, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital. Chen, Zhao, the President of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association, delivered a speech as a guest.
