Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) serves as both the "key to unlocking the treasure trove of Chinese civilization" and a bridge for friendly exchanges between China and countries worldwide. According to the White Paper on Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, TCM has spread to 183 countries and regions.

To further promote the internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) culture, on June 18, 2023, the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association and the Canadian branch of the Shaanxi 38fule Technology Group jointly held the unveiling ceremony for the "Overseas (Canada) Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture International Communication Base."

Secretary-General Wang, Ning stated that after the establishment of the base, it will collaborate organically with the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association's "National Traditional Chinese Medicine Service Export Base" and "Overseas Intellectuals Serving the Country Action Plan Work Base." Continuously leveraging its role as a bridge and link, the base will grasp the trend of digital development, expand platform channels, innovate content formats and development models, integrate inheritors, TCM enterprises, and cooperate with overseas institutions to achieve resource integration. Together, they will explore international markets, actively engage in international TCM exchange and cooperation, promote various categories of Shaanxi TCM cultural brands such as "Chang'an Medicine," "Qin Medicine," "Time-honored Brands," "Intangible Cultural Heritage Projects," and "Cultural and Creative Products." They will also introduce traditional acupuncture and massage techniques while strengthening exchanges among international youth in inheriting TCM culture. This will involve organizing two-way exchanges between youth from within the province and overseas, enabling them to understand TCM culture and learn related knowledge. This will accelerate mutual learning and exchange between TCM and international health concepts, promote traditional Chinese culture, and enhance the international recognition and influence of TCM.

The Secretary-General of the Federation of Chinese Canadians, Jiang, Bo, the President of the Canadian Shaanxi Sanqin Association, Emma, Liu, Vice President Andrew, Yu, Elissa Zhang, a member of the Richmond Sister City Advisory Committee, Yang, Zhiping, Chairman of Changtong Logistics Group, as well as students from the Chinese Medicine Department of Kwantlen Polytechnic University's Health Sciences School, and other friends from various sectors of society attended the plaque unveiling ceremony.

On the day of the plaque unveiling ceremony, coinciding with the fourth anniversary of the establishment of the Canadian branch of Shaanxi 38fuleTechnology Group, the base organized a rich and colorful celebration. Invited guests had the opportunity to visit the displayed traditional Chinese medicine products, Chinese herbal materials, cultural and creative products, and experience the "Qingnang Concentrated Low-Frequency Meridian Massage Rehabilitation Technology." This technique combines traditional Chinese meridian therapy with modern technology for sub-health intervention, traditional Chinese meridian health care, anti-aging, and beauty shaping. Since its introduction to Canadian communities in 2021, it has received unanimous praise from both local and international individuals.
