The Training Course on Improving the Service Quality of Medical Insurance Management Personnel of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association (SXIMEA) Medical Insurance Professional Committee was Successfully Held

 

From January 26 to 28, the "Improvement Training Course of Service Quality of Medical Insurance Management Personnel," hosted by the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association (SXIMEA), and organized by the SXIMEA Medical Insurance Professional Committee, the Tangdu Hospital, and the Shaanxi Etiquette Association, was successfully held. Sixty outstanding staff members from medical insurance management centers, medical institutions, and designated pharmacies across the country participated.

This training course focused on “enhancing the public's experience and comfort in service,” aiming to improve service quality, efficiency, and establish a good image for the service industry. Therefore, specific arrangements were made for teaching content, instructors, and service guarantees. The teaching plan was precisely designed, with courses tailored to the actual needs of the service windows. Instructors included Wen, Jinling, President of the Shaanxi Etiquette Association; An, Xin’ai, Vice President; Xie, Xinyang, Vice Dean of the China Hospital Development and Reform Research Institute at Xi’an Jiaotong University; and Chen, Ye, Head of the Outpatient Group of the Medical Insurance Charging Office at the Tangdu Hospital, as well as Ding, Fang, Head of the Military Service Group. The content covered standardized handling programs, service image shaping, communication skills, public opinion and conflict response, and workplace stress reduction, including both theoretical and practical teachings.

In addition to theoretical learning, a competition was held to fully showcase the skills of medical insurance management personnel. The participants demonstrated their English, etiquette, and speaking skills with confidence and charm. The audience praised the performances, and awards were given for first, second, and third places.

After the award ceremony, the Shaanxi Etiquette Association presented a plaque to the Tangdu Hospital, recognizing it as a "Training Base for Professional Etiquette of Medical Insurance Personnel in Shaanxi Province." Xue, Feng, Chairman of the SXIMEA Medical Insurance Professional Committee and Director of the Medical Insurance Charging Office at the Tangdu Hospital, and Wen, Jinling, President of the Shaanxi Etiquette Association, conducted a summary meeting.
