Professor Jiao, Fuyong, Vice President of SXIMEA, Participated in the International Conference on Science and Practice

On March 14, 2024, Jiao, Fuyong, academician of the European Academy of Natural Sciences, director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Center of the SCO Hospital Cooperation Alliance, and vice president of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association (SXIMEA), was invited to participate online in the international conference held by Oguzhan Engineering and Technology University in Turkmenistan. The conference theme was “Medicinal Plants: Biotechnology, Bioecology, and Bioeconomics,” focusing on the latest research results and emerging technologies related to medicinal plants.

Experts from Germany, Japan, Singapore, Hungary, Russia, Austria, and other countries participated in the conference, presenting reports on various aspects of drug research. Professor Jiao Fuyong was the first speaker, reporting on the significance and role of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in clinical treatment and the efforts made to promote TCM worldwide.

The conference made significant contributions to the advancement of international scientific and practical work and provided an excellent opportunity for experience exchange in innovative technologies and expanding international cooperation in the fields of education and science.
