Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association’s Public Health Micro-Charity Volunteer Service Team Wins the 2024 Outstanding Charity Volunteer Service Project Award from Shaanxi Charity Association

On the occasion of the 14th annual "3·5 Learn from Lei Feng Charity Volunteer Service Week" in Shaanxi Province, the Shaanxi Charity Association held the 2025 Charity Volunteer Role Model Recognition and “3·5” Service Week Mobilization Conference on March 3.

During the meeting, plaques and certificates were awarded to individuals and groups recognized as role models in charity volunteer service. The Public Health Micro-Charity Volunteer Team of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association received the 2024 Outstanding Charity Volunteer Service Project Award from the Shaanxi Charity Association.

The Association has earnestly implemented the spirit of the 20th Central Committee’s Third Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China, promoted the volunteer spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance, and progress," leveraged its industry strengths, and actively carried out a variety of rich and engaging volunteer service activities. In 2024, the Public Health Micro-Charity Volunteer Service Team conducted grassroots health outreach activities in over 20 counties and districts as part of the “Rural Revitalization” initiative. These included hosting health lectures, delivering health education to over 10,000 participants, providing more than 6,000 health consultations, and training over 9,000 grassroots medical and healthcare personnel.

The Public Health Micro-Charity Volunteer Service Team of the Association will continue to study and implement the Charity Law and Volunteer Service Regulations, forge ahead with innovation and development, build on its achievements, and strive to make even greater contributions to the development of charity in the province and to building a healthy Shaanxi.
