German and Vietnamese Medical Experts Visit Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital for Academic Exchange

On March 14, 2025, at the invitation of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association, Professor Ahmed Almousa from Helios Orthopedic Sports Medicine Hospital in Germany, Associate Professor Nguyen Quang Binh from the Vietnam National Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology, and Associate Professor Le Hong Nhung from the Vietnam National Children's Hospital visited Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital for an academic exchange. The meeting was chaired by Professor Jiao Fuyong, Honorary President of the Association. Duan Jianglong, Director of the National Talent Introduction Demonstration Base and Vice President of the Provincial Hospital, delivered opening remarks and, together with Professor Jiao, presented appointment certificates to the three visiting professors.

Professors Ahmed Almousa, Nguyen Quang Binh, and Le Hong Nhung each delivered specialized lectures to medical staff and resident trainees at the hospital. Following the lectures, Professor Ahmed Almousa, accompanied by Orthopedics Director Liu Shizhang, Deputy Director Duan Dapeng, and Anesthesiology Deputy Director Xu Ruifen, toured the operating rooms and engaged in surgical exchange activities. Meanwhile, Professors Nguyen Quang Binh and Le Hong Nhung, accompanied by Department of Stomatology Director Guo Yali, toured the dental facilities of the hospital’s main campus, and later visited the Xixian Branch under the guidance of Liu Peng, Director of the Xixian Operations Department.
