Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association’s Pediatric Endocrinology, Genetics, and Metabolism Committee Successfully Holds Grassroots Outreach Event in Baoji

On March 22, 2025, the Grassroots Outreach Event of the Pediatric Endocrinology, Genetics, and Metabolism Committee of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association, along with the Academic Symposium on Advances in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Diseases in Shaanxi Province, was successfully held in Baoji. The event was hosted by the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association and co-organized by the Association’s Pediatric Endocrinology, Genetics, and Metabolism Committee, the Pediatrics Branch of the Baoji Medical Association, and the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Pediatrics Branch of the Baoji Medical Doctors Association. The meeting was chaired by Professor Tang Shubin of Baoji People’s Hospital.

This training program attracted numerous experts and scholars in the pediatric field and featured in-depth discussions on treatment technologies for common pediatric diseases and the latest developments in influenza prevention and control. Through expert presentations, case sharing, and analysis, the event offered a valuable platform for pediatric healthcare professionals in Baoji and surrounding areas to learn and exchange ideas. The success of this grassroots event has played a positive role in promoting the standardization of pediatric treatment practices and enhancing the overall quality of pediatric healthcare services in the region.
