Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association and the Greater Bay Area Hong Kong Doctors Association Successfully Hold Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony

In order to actively respond to the national strategy for the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and promote the cross-regional coordinated development of high-quality medical resources, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between the Greater Bay Area Hong Kong Doctors Association and the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association was held in Xi’an on January 21.

The Vice Consul of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Xi’an, together with representatives from the medical, technology, and industrial sectors of Shaanxi and Hong Kong, attended the event. All parties conducted in-depth exchanges and reached consensus on life sciences, medical resource sharing, talent cultivation, and other areas.

At the ceremony, the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association and the Greater Bay Area Hong Kong Doctors Association signed the Memorandum of Medical Internationalization Cooperation, establishing a strategic partnership. Relevant enterprises simultaneously signed implementation agreements, focusing on innovative services such as the implementation of “Hong Kong doctors and Hong Kong medicines,” remote diagnosis and treatment, and AI health management.

This signing marks a substantive step forward in the coordinated development of medical and health cooperation between Shaanxi and Hong Kong. In the future, the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association will continue to play its role as a platform and bridge, deepen cooperation in areas such as medical resources, technological innovation, and talent cultivation, build a model for regional medical collaboration, and contribute to the development of Healthy China and Healthy Shaanxi.
