2026 Annual Meeting of the SIMEPA Rheumatology and Immunology Committee and the Fifth Primary Care Physician Training Program on Standardized Management of Rheumatic and Immune Diseases Successfully Held

On April 24, 2026, the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Rheumatology and Immunology Committee of the Shaanxi International Medical Exchange Promotion Association (SIMEPA) and the Fifth Primary Care Physician Training Program on Standardized Management of Rheumatic and Immune Diseases in Shaanxi Province were successfully held in Xi'an. The event was organized by SIMEPA, hosted by Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital and the Rheumatology and Immunology Committee of SIMEPA, and co-organized by the Shaanxi Arthritis Alliance. The meeting was chaired by Professor Li Xiaoyan, Chair of the Rheumatology and Immunology Committee of SIMEPA and Director of the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology at Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital.

The conference brought together leading experts and experienced clinicians in rheumatology and immunology from both within and outside Shaanxi Province. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the latest advances in the field and the standardization of clinical practice at the primary care level, providing new momentum for the high-quality development of rheumatology and immunology services across the region.
